Climb of Col Amic 2013

I took part in the Amic pass time trial organized by VC Soultzia on Saturday, September 14, 2013.
A 10.2 km climb with 500 mD+, so it was quite Climb of Col Amic 2013 easy to climb, even with
a 1 km downhill section.

New for me, I’m showing up with legs that aren’t
really operational for once. In fact, the day before I had a
good muscular outing by riding the beautiful girls’ board twice. Once in
CP20 mode almost at full throttle (21min20@313 watts) then Climb of Col Amic 2013 another in PMA interval training (
3min@335w/3min@220w). It must be said that the weather forecast, really
pessimistic for Saturday, hadn’t encouraged me to bet everything on this
time trial.

Preferring to take advantage of a better day

On Friday afternoon to challenge myself b2b email list on the board, I dropped
my record by 15 seconds compared to 2012. A great personal satisfaction in
the pocket assured! (without having legs of fire, either).

On the way back and still hoping for the umpteenth failure of the Saturday weather forecast, I put in
place the big recovery strategy which I’ll come back to a little:
I finished with 15 minutes quite cool but not too much towards I2/I3 @230w@95rpm to
properly eliminate lactic residues. Then as soon as the bike stopped a good drink
based on St yorres + lemon juice (strong alkalizing power). Also a
yogurt drink to immediately bring sugar and proteins while
taking a

Shower and nourishing the body immediately

I finished the shower with cold water
to start stimulating the venous sokna san return. Then massage with essential oils
and finally compression socks! Legs in the air then carbohydrate
protein snack before the Vuelta! All I
needed was cryotherapy to
do better!
The forecast having changed for the better (no clean email rain at
least), I therefore present myself at the start of the Amic pass.
